Build Experience

How I led the redefinition of error message structures to enhance the overall build experience. This is the story of a successful collaboration between a developer and a UX designer/researcher who bridged different mindsets to create a user-centered approach to error message formatting. At the same time, I discovered the support team’s initiative to improve their ticketing process, and by aligning efforts, we integrated clearer error messages. This enhanced the build experience and reduced new support tickets by 20%. Use Case:
