By 2025–26, enterprises widely adopted AI agents and copilots, yet most failed to achieve measurable ROI. MIT research showed the issue was not model quality, but the lack of UX and operating structures that translate probabilistic AI outputs into accountable business decisions.
Challenge
Traditional enterprise UX relies on dashboards, alerts, and retrospective monitoring. These models assume stable systems and gradual change—but AI introduces rapid, nonlinear complexity that outpaces human cognition. By the time alerts fire, execution paths are already locked in. Leaders are held accountable for outcomes they could neither perceive nor meaningfully influence. The UX challenge was to design a system where accountability, cognition, and intervention occur during execution—not after failure.

It’s vibe coding and vibe design time. Products are shipped in the blink of an eye. They look sharp, but they were conceived without friction, with no real pause to ask: Does this product or feature have the right to exist?
If you build without real validation you merely reflect a founder's gut instinct and the statistical average of a DIY prompt. Prompts only validate your assumptions back at you; they cannot challenge your bias. I use Systems Thinking as a method to cultivate strategic discretion. I help product teams decide what to build and, more importantly, what to avoid.
