I developed an all-in-one wellness app from the ground up, integrating UX research, competitor analysis, and the Octalysis gamification method to encourage elder wellness. Using a flower visualization that fills as wellness tasks are completed, the app provides a clear picture of users' progress in each wellness dimension. A tracking gauge monitors users' key metrics in real time, showing comparisons to personal benchmarks and age-related averages to maintain motivation. The app also uses a streak-tracking system, personified notifications, and a token economy, allowing users to earn rewards and unlock boosts, which enhance their wellness journey.
