Introduction
As a freelance and a hybrid employee, I've contributed to leading SaaS projects at Sisense, Hilan, Jfrog, Nice Actimize, and Aman. Joining these projects mid-way is my specialty, and I work with various teams, always respecting existing design systems. Transforming challenges into fluid and coherent interfaces is something I've mastered.
Part 1: Navigating Complex Systems
Dealing with complex web applications, mobile apps, agile workflows, and modular design systems has taught me a lot. I simplify elaborate designs and turn detailed mockups into user-friendly layouts. Adapting to these systems and finding ways to improve is essential to my approach.

Part 2: Communication and Agility
While working in a well-known agency, UI, Human Factors, I improved my ability to work with diverse stakeholders. I aim for quality, keeping in mind tight deadlines. Whether it's a new or ongoing project, I bring my full attention to the table, turning design ideas into practical applications based on research, strategic insights, and a tendency to innovate.

Part 3: Research Journeys
User research, whether for seed startups or established SaaS companies, has been a pleasure. I mix qualitative and quantitative methods based on experience. Managing these complete research cycles, including preparing the journey, conducting user interviews, and other testing - as a UX consultant and within big organizations has been both challenging and rewarding.
These insights evolve into a comprehensive data story while working closely with product managers. I communicate effectively with peers, leaders, and stakeholders. The combined experience demonstrates my commitment to applying both targeted and wide-ranging research methodologies to reach optimal understanding and solutions.

Part 4: Entrepreneurial Spirit
Inspired by the Gartner Quadrant, I came up with the concept of the 'Attention Map' to integrate business intelligence into everyday interactions within a BI organization. This effort led to the development of a BI predictive dashboard, which began as a personal project. Working closely with a data scientist to format the various scores, and incorporating user research and AI-based categorization, the project evolved into an internal tool through collaboration and collective wisdom from colleagues. This initiative has proved valuable to our team, reducing insight retrieval time for product managers and customer success teams by up to 75%. More than a product, this experience was a lesson in leadership, teamwork, and shared aspirations, reflecting a collective effort towards efficiency and innovation.
